These terms apply to purchases and services from Always Gorgeous LLC,
Boca Raton, FL 33428.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email once accepted.
Prices are in US dollars and include applicable Florida sales tax.

Hair services

Appointments are arranged by phone or message and confirmed directly.
Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Quoted prices are
confirmed before work begins.

Kittens

Kittens are sold in person following a visit. A deposit reserves a kitten
and is non-refundable. The balance is due on collection. Every kitten is
supplied with a veterinary health certificate as required under Florida law.
The health guarantee described on the adoption
process page forms part of these terms.

Products

Products are supplied for personal use. See
returns and refunds and
shipping and delivery.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused
by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount
you paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
