Hair care products

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
For hygiene reasons opened products cannot be returned unless faulty.
If something is faulty or damaged, contact me and I will replace or refund it.

Hair services

If you are unhappy with your colour, tell me within seven days and I will
put it right at no charge. Services already performed are not refundable, but
I would rather fix something than have you leave unhappy.

Kitten deposits

Deposits are non-refundable. Reserving a kitten means turning other enquiries
away, and that time cannot be recovered. See the
adoption process for the health guarantee that
applies after collection.
